Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Opu Labs marketplace. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all defective products purchased on our Website or App. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product provided that you ship the defective product back within 7 days of notifying us. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

Shipment processing time

  • Best efforts will be made so that orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • All orders are processed and shipped by a third party.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times will vary depending on where the items are shipped from and delivered too.
  • Expect delivery between 5-10 days from dispatch
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Opu Labs and shipping partners will not ship to PO Box addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Opu Labs and Partners are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Opu labs and partners are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
